In their fertile discussion, the two discuss how Washington is sowing chaos in Haiti today and demonizing the popular, anti-imperialist resistance, the same tactics that it used three decades ago during the coup d’état against Jean-Bertrand Aristide and a century ago during the first U.S. military occupation from 1915 to 1934.
