While I’m a long-time fan of Photoshop, I’m not a fan of the new File > Save for Web & Devices command. There is a legitimate need–it’s an easy way to save your files as high-res-quality JPEGs while maintaining your current bit depth and color space–and for that I appreciate the new feature. Unfortunately, it creates issues that Adobe has never really solved (or acknowledged). When you save a 16-bit document as a JPEG, it converts the original image to a lower bit depth of 8 bits per component. If you change your mind–the higher bit depth still exists for editing, but it disappears when you save it.
UPDATED: as of July 28, for those who liked this review, there’s a bonus feature on the Shuffle to Start feature, which I didn’t know about. This feature sort the Shuffle, allowing you to choose from different parts of the images for your video. You can do this with the finishing frame of your video, or with the intro and part of the video. You can even create a video with only the intro or only the ending, and shuffle it in just the same way.
One plus point is the new Power Save mode which has lower power and memory use. Adobe also brought back the “now exporting to camera raw” option from CS5 as a common feature. CS6 for Mac also brings a revamped Lens Blur feature, too.
With the latest version of Adobe CC, the design experience, stability, and performance have improved with many new updates. Since the Lightroom CC viewer has been deprecated in the latest update, I would like to discuss the possibility of replacing it with a more intuitive, intuitive, faster, and more convenient viewer. 933d7f57e6
It’s true that the price of the upgraded Creative Cloud tools is ridiculously high, yet once you get used to it, you won’t be unhappy, because you’ll be able to work without paying more and more money for a license. There is an option for a one-month free trial of both Photoshop and Lightroom. When that expires, a monthly price starts from £2.79 for Photoshop. This is a great way to get started with the new software, but it surely won’t beat your bank account, even with the fee for three months.
In conclusion, this is a great program that Adobe can still improve a lot and which I still highly recommend for its Photoshop CS5 Complete collection. Hopefully, they pay more attention to their low-cost CS6 and CS6 Standard decisions and don’t fund their projects with a great free tool and a lesser better retail software.
