to use this on a live site, you will need to run a dictionary attack against the site and you will need to know all the valid credentials of the site. then you can use the tool to gather the credentials you need. it is also important to test the script on a different machine, you should perform a security audit and test the script on different os and different browsers. if you find any security vulnerabilities, you can report it to facebook.
remember, the reason it’s important to test the script on a different machine, operating system, and browser is because if you find security vulnerabilities in the script, you can report them to facebook.
here we have a script of an automated script that was used to acquire the facebook data. first we have a parser that looks at the code and extracts the id of the user from the address that the script is running from. it then gets the phone number for that user by using a service that fetches phone numbers from the facebook help center for some of the phone numbers provided by the hacker.
the hacker wrote a script that would log in to facebook and then call the “delete my account” for a phone number provided by the hacker. in order to do this, the hacker used the facebook password reset feature. he used the email address listed in the hacked database to verify his email address and then changed the password for the email address and then logged in to facebook. now we have access to his account and it was just a matter of logging in to the hacker’s account and changing the password to the one provided by the hacker. the hacker used the option “change my phone number” to set the new phone number for his account.
