Little is known about autoantibodies to acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) antigens. We investigated the presence and prevalence of anti-APL antibodies in children with APL. We evaluated sera from 45 pediatric APL patients (median age, 8.7 years; range, 0.2-17.9) for antibodies against APL (RARA/PML) and the APL cell surface. Thirteen patients had high-titer antibodies against either the PML (n = 10) or RARA/PML (n = 13) fusion proteins. The remaining 32 patients had low-titer antibodies to either the PML (n = 24) or RARA/PML (n = 20) fusion proteins. Sixteen patients (35%) had both high- and low-titer antibodies to the fusion proteins. The mean fluorescence intensity of anti-PML antibodies was significantly higher in patients with both high- and low-titer antibodies (P = 0.015), and a clear correlation between PML and RARA/PML antibody titers was observed. A high-titer anti-PML antibody was a predictor for a better remission status (P = 0.009), whereas a high-titer anti-RARA/PML antibody was a predictor for a shorter event-free survival (P = 0.005). Anti-APL antibodies were detected in a subset of patients with APL and may reflect either normal or subclinical immunity to antigens shared by the leukemia and APL cells. They could be of clinical relevance in distinguishing APL from non-APL and predicting disease outcome.

Select the “2D object” in the 3D window.

Click the icon on the top right and choose “mirror” and the mirror will be applied to the 2D object.
This will convert the 2D solid to a 3D solid.
Save the file.

Open the file and import the model into the project.
Open the “Graphical Layers” tab and select the model.
You can see that the model is a solid.
Select the option “show hidden layers”.
You can see that the model has three “faces” and each face has layers.
These layers are available and can be used for editing.
Select one of the faces and choose the “CAMERA” option and the “Show” will be enabled.
Click the “eye” and drag to the top right corner of the screen and place the camera.
Move the camera and you will see the 3D model which you made using Autodesk Autocad.
